Booking
We have now launched ONLINE BOOKING, this will make booking an appointment with us a lot easier. You can manage your own bookings, request a particular therapist & book appointments up to 3 months in advance. You can book via the links on our website & social media account's. If you can’t find a suitable appointment please give us a call. When you book an appointment with Emma Jade Beauty Ltd you are agreeing to the terms of our policies. On occasion a non refundable deposit will be taken to secure your booking, once paid this is non refundable/useable if appointment is cancelled. All up to date treatments and prices are on our website. All booking’s & enquiries are to be made at the main salon.
Patch Testing
Patch testing 24/48 hours prior to specific treatments is compulsory at Emma Jade Beauty Ltd. Patch tests can be booked online or you can visit the salon within our opening times. This policy applies even if you have had patch test’s carried out elsewhere.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that we operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged 50% of your treatment/treatments booked if cancelling within 24 hours and 100% of your treatment/treatments if you cancel on the day or fail to show. If you are running more than 15 minutes late please ring the salon on 01243 584331 too confirm that there is enough time to complete your treatment within your booking time. Please note this cannot be guaranteed and will result in 100% payment of the treatment/treatments booked. Vouchers are also run by the same policy. If cancelation fee is not received you will not be able to rebook an appointment at the salon unless you pay the fee and for your appointment upfront at the time of booking. Please be courteous to the salon and other clients that are waiting for an appointment.
Valuables
Please ensure that you retrieve all valuables before leaving the premises, we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
New Clients
Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time to allow yourself time to complete a consultation form. All personal details taken from clients will be kept secure and held in the strictest confidence.
Gift Vouchers
A perfect gift for all occasions, gift vouchers are available in the salon. Valid for 6 months from purchase. Gift voucher treatments are subject to our usual booking & cancellation policy. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiture of 50% of the value of your treatment booked or 100% if cancelled on the day or fail to show. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If voucher is lost it cannot be replaced. Damaged or altered cards cannot be accepted. Gift Vouchers are Non Refundable.
Payment
Cash, Card & Gift Vouchers are accepted as methods of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Children
We regret to enforce a no children policy aged 14 & under. Due to health & safety regulations and our salon insurance please ensure you make arrangements for childcare when you have an appointment with us. A beauty salon is not a safe place for children, as sharp objects, hot tools, large equipment, heavy furniture and chemicals are in regular use. As a salon we want to ensure that both you and other clients are receiving treatments to the highest standard in the most relaxed environment possible. If on arrival to the salon you have children with you, your appointment will be cancelled but you will still be charged. This is to benefit the safety of your child and the salon environment. Nursing newborns may be bought to the salon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Our Service
Here at Emma Jade Beauty we will do all that we can too assure you have a pleasurable experience; however if you are dissatisfied with the service or treatments you have received, please contact the salon within 24 hours and hopefully we can resolve any issues. Failure to report issues within this time will not be held at Emma Jade Beauty's responsibility.
